Overview

Backlineflow is a New Jersey-based business providing AI operations software and in-house marketing services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email, phone, company, role, and any details you share when requesting a trial, building a plan, requesting a quote, booking a demo, or contacting support.

Information collected automatically.When you submit a form, we record the request's IP address, browser user-agent, and a timestamp. We do this to prevent spam and abuse, to secure the service, and to keep a record of consent. We also collect standard technical and usage data (such as device, browser, pages viewed, and referring source) through cookies and analytics tools — but only after you accept cookies (see "Cookies and tracking" below).

How we use it

We use the information to respond to your request, deliver the product or service you asked for, send operational and account messages, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve our offering. With your consent, we use analytics and advertising tools to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. They load only after you click "Accept" on our cookie banner. When enabled, we use Google Analytics 4, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity to understand site usage and measure our ads. You can change your choice anytime using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, and we honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. A strictly-necessary anti-spam service (Cloudflare Turnstile) and a small cookie that remembers your consent choice are always active. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.

SMS messaging

When you opt in — for example, by submitting a quote-request form and agreeing to be contacted — you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Backlineflow and the licensed insurance agent you requested a quote from. These include life insurance quotes, appointment scheduling and reminders, follow-ups, and policy or account information. Message frequency varies based on your activity. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for support. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent will be shared or sold to any third parties, affiliates, or lead generators for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — such as hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), bot protection (Cloudflare), and, with your consent, analytics and advertising (Google, Meta, Microsoft) — under obligations to protect it, or when required by law or to protect our rights. We do not sell personal information, and we never share or sell SMS consent or mobile information to third parties for their marketing.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to respond to and service your request, meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, and resolve disputes — after which we delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time (see your rights below).

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising or any "sale" or "sharing" of it.

California (CCPA/CPRA).You have the right to know, delete, and correct your information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information. To exercise "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," decline cookies on our banner (or send a GPC signal) and email us.

New Jersey, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, and other states.You have the right to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. We honor these requests as required by your state's law.

To exercise any right, email admin@backlineflow.com. We will verify and respond within the timeframe your law requires. You may also opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any message.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated date at the top, and material changes take effect when posted.
