Our commitment
Backlineflow is committed to making its website accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of ability or technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, which define how to make digital content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
What we do
Accessibility is built into how we ship, not bolted on afterward. Concrete measures currently in place include:
Semantic HTML landmarks so screen readers can navigate the page structure; a visible 'skip to content' link for keyboard users; full keyboard operability with clearly visible focus indicators on every interactive element; descriptive alternative text for meaningful images; form fields with associated labels and clear, programmatically-linked error messages (using aria-invalid and aria-describedby) so problems are announced rather than only shown in color; respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference; and a high-contrast dark theme.
Conformance status
We believe this site substantially conforms to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time checkbox: we review new pages and features for accessibility as we ship them, and we revisit existing pages when standards or our designs change.
Known limitations
We want to be honest about the edges. Some third-party or embedded content, such as analytics, media, or external widgets, is not fully under our control and may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site. Where this is the case, we work to choose accessible vendors and to provide an alternative way to access the information whenever possible.

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and with common assistive technologies such as screen readers. Older browsers may not support all features; if you are using one, we recommend updating to a current version for the best experience.
