What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store on your device. Similar technologies — like browser local storage and pixels — work the same way: they let a site remember information between page loads or visits. Backlineflow uses a small number of these technologies for things like remembering your privacy choice, blocking spam on our forms, and (only with your permission) measuring how the site is used.

Your consent — opt-in

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default. They load only afteryou click "Accept" on our cookie banner. Until you do, we set no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or Microsoft Clarity cookies, and those services do not run.

You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer. We remember your decision in a first-party cookie named blf_consentso we don't have to ask you on every visit.

Strictly necessary

These are required for the site to function or to keep it secure, so they are exempt from consent and always active:

blf_consent— a first-party cookie that remembers your cookie choice so the banner doesn't reappear on every page.

Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam tokens — set only when you interact with one of our forms, and used solely to confirm you're not a bot. They have no advertising use.

Analytics & advertising cookies (load only after you accept)

The cookies below are set only after you accept on the banner. If you decline, none of them are set and the underlying services never load.

Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_<id>, _gid) — measures how visitors use the site, such as pages viewed and traffic sources, in aggregate.

Meta / Facebook Pixel (_fbp, _fbc) — measures the performance of our ads and supports retargeting on Meta platforms.

Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) — provides session replay and heatmaps so we can see where the site is confusing and improve it.

Managing cookies

You can decline analytics and advertising cookies directly on the banner, and you can change your mind at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect how some sites work.

We honor browser Global Privacy Control (GPC) and Do Not Track signals where required by law — if your browser sends one, we treat it as a decision not to load advertising and analytics cookies. For extra control, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on and adjust your Meta ad preferences.

Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising-cookie activity may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising" under California (CCPA/CPRA) and other state privacy laws. Declining cookies on our banner — or sending a GPC signal — opts you out of that activity.

For your full state privacy rights and how to exercise them, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as our site or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new date at the top of this page.
